Investigators in Miami are trying to pinpoint how the pedestrian bridge under construction at Florida International University buckled. The $14-million project was supposed to be the hallmark of a faster, cheaper, and less risky method of bridge-building. But as Mike Armstrong reports, it wound up being an engineering nightmare.
