Bike sharing program in Kelowna slowly taking shape

The bikes are coming, now all the city has to do is figure out where to put them. The City of Kelowna is putting the final touches on an exciting new program that will see the introduction of ride-sharing bikes rolling into the city this spring. As Kelly Hayes reports, one final touch is figuring out where the bikes should be picked up and dropped off.
