Mon, Jan 22: A newly commissioned Navy warship will be wintering in Montreal, after its journey to Florida was interrupted by cold and ice. But as Global’s Billy Shields reports, the USS Little Rock’s long stay is causing some concern among residents, who complain the ship is very noisy.
