The lawyer for the train conductor in the Lac-Mégantic rail disaster told a jury today his client isn’t perfect — but that isn’t a reason to go to jail. 47 people were killed when the train parked by that conductor rolled into Lac-Mégantic and exploded. Mike Armstrong reports.
