Jurors heard the defence for one of the three men charged in the deadly Lac-Mégantic train disaster. The men face 47 counts of criminal negligence causing death – one count for each of the victims. As Mike Armstrong reports, the lawyer for one of the accused is downplaying his client’s role in the tragedy.
