It’s no secret that Kelowna can be very difficult to find a place to live. But a new report shows the rental vacancy rate in Kelowna is tied for lowest in the country.
And as the number of units available continues to drop, the cost of renting keeps on rising. But as Kelly Hayes reports, there is some relief in sight.
