Members of Zimbabwe’s ruling party, ZANU-PF, danced in celebration Sunday after the party reinstated former vice president, Emmerson Mnangagwa. Mnangagwa was reinstated and named party chief after the party said President Robert Mugabe must resign by noon on Monday.
