All of the shelter beds for women in Penticton are full, as temperatures drop. It's prompting atleast one homeless woman to call on the provincial government to fund a women's only shelter in the south Okanagan community. She says the housing affordability crisis is pushing more people into precarious living situations. Shelby Thom reports.
