Some of them have been selling marijuana for years without repercussion, but it would appear that time is running out for the dispensaries in West Kelowna. The operators received a letter from the city this week, ordering them shut down. As Kelly Hayes reports, the city says it decided to take action after the RCMP failed to enforce the law.
