After sputtering last year, Kelowna's economy is firing on all cylinders again. The unemployment rate is on the way down while job growth numbers are through the roof. Kelowna has climbed out of the cellar and has risen to the top, but as kelly hayes reports, living in a booming economy comes at a price.
