Okanagan hospitality operators turning to Alberta and Ireland for trained workers

Some restaurants in the Okanagan are closing early, not to save money but because they can’t find staff.

The labour gap in the hospitality and tourism industry is a growing problem up and down the Valley.

As Shelby Thom reports, some employers are now looking internationally for trained workers.
