Penticton winery appealing attractants fine that led to bear’s demise

A winery owner in Penticton is speaking out tonight after his company was fined for failing to manage attractants that led to the destruction of a black bear.

As Shelby Thom reports, the winery is appealing the fine, but is making on-site changes in the hopes of preventing further human-wildlife conflict.
