Canadians among dead in Burkina Faso restaurant attack

Two men opened fire while people were dining in an upscale restaurant in Burkina Faso. At least 18 people, including two Canadians, are dead. The attack is believed to have been carried out by Islamic extremists. As Jeff Semple reports, it’s not the first time militants have targeted the nation.
