After months of controversy, the giant rubber duck has arrived in Toronto. Patrick Brown and the PCs have complained of the $120,000 price tag to bring the duck to Ontario, saying it has nothing to do with Canada Day. That money was part of grants from the province to support local festivals in Ontario. In response, the director of the festival has invited Patrick Brown to come down and tour the duck himself.
