Record-breaking flooding forces cancellations on Toronto Islands

Lake Ontario’s water levels were at their highest ever – breaking a record from 1952. Toronto’s record rainfall has only made it worse. Now, the Toronto Islands are dealing with flooding impacting popular tourist attractions and businesses. As Allison Vuchnich reports, it’s been a perfect storm.
