The beleaguered Penticton Yacht Club and Marina got some much needed help Tuesday to fend off rising lake water. It’s been dealing with the threat of flooding for weeks. The breakwater was badly damaged in last week’s storm and the boat launch and gas dock are closed. Now busloads of high school students are aiding in the flood fight. Shelby Thom reports.
