Sun, Apr 23: A tractor-trailer broke through a concrete barrier and rode along the top of it in a spectacular crash Sunday that closed two lanes of 16th Avenue near Winsport for most of the day. Mia Sosiak has more on what police say happened, and the big mess it caused.
