While Penticton deals with its dispensaries, West Kelowna has yet to act on its pot shop dilemma. Several dispensaries have popped up in the city, prompting a warning from the RCMP that they won't be tolerated. But as Kelly Hayes, so far, the authorities have yet to back up their words with action.
