Penticton toddler copes with rare genetic disease

World Rare Disease Day was marked this week and a Penticton family is stepping forward with their story. Their toddler has a rare genetic disease- only one of twenty known cases in the world. As Shelby Thom reports, the family is hoping to raise awareness and funding for rare disease research.
