A quiet dead end road in upstate New York is becoming an unofficial border crossing into Canada for asylum seekers. The point of entry from the tiny village of Perry Mills into Hemmingford, Quebec has become so busy, RCMP are staffing it seven days a week. Mike Armstrong went to the border to investigate why.
