Mother of dead teen sues government over ambulance response time

The mother of a 15-year-old boy who died after being attacked in surrey park is suing the health ministry -and the 9-1-1- dispatcher.
Junko Iida claims it took an ambulance 24 minutes to get to her son Dario Bartoli even after RCMP had called repeatedly asking for one. Rumina Daya reports.
