Despite getting fined and being told they’re breaking bylaws, some of Penticton’s pot shops have continued to operate illegally. There could soon be even more pot shops showing up in downtown Penticton. Applicants in the south Okanagan city looking to get a temporary permit to operate the dispensaries could soon be getting some good news. Neetu Garcha reports.
