CTrain passengers raise concerns after driver refuses to proceed citing 12-hour shift

Thu, Nov 17: Questions are being raised about shift lengths and rest for Calgary Transit drivers. It comes after a CTrain operator stopped and refused to go any further along the red line in the northwest. As Sarah Offin reports, the driver left his passengers and other trains stranded.
