Concerns about PotashCorp, Agrium mega-merger

A mega-merger could see PotashCorp join together with Agrium to be a world leader in fertilizer. The companies say a $47-billion deal will help them save costs, but officials want assurances mines won’t be closed and jobs cut. As Reid Fiest reports, farmers are also concerned the merger may create a monopoly.
