Sat, Jul 16: Canada has the distinction of having one of the highest rates of alcohol related deaths on the road in the world. Not exactly the kind of crown Canada should be proud of. BC on the other hand has one of the lowest rates in the country and part of that might be related to their program which allows for immediate testing and roadside suspensions.
