The Provincial Auditor's report into the controversial Global Transportation Hub land deals has been completed, and she found no evidence of conflict of interest or fraud involving the minister responsible, Bill Boyd, or other agencies. However, the report did detail a host of other issues with significant financial implications. David Baxter has more.
