Province reviewing solitary confinement guidelines but won’t commit to minimum stays

Tue, Jun 7: It’s been over a year since Saskatchewan began reviewing the use of solitary confinement in its jails. The practice is controversial among advocates who say it can do more harm than good. But as the review heads into its final stages, new statistics show jails could be over-using the program. Here’s Brandon Gonez.
