Thu, May 26: Millbrook First Nation has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Halifax Port Authority to discuss leasing a section of water lot known as Tufts Cove. The lot is adjacent to land the Millbrook already own near Shannon Park and is part of a large redevelopment project. Rebecca Lau has more.
