Fatal Overdoses on the rise in British Columbia

Sat, May 14: Just a month after the province declared a public health emergency over a shocking number of drug deaths, new figures show the problem is actually getting worse, not better. More than 250 people have now died from overdoses this year in B.C. As Julia Foy reports, it has some people calling for drastic measures.
