Mayhem on Surrey road sends several to hospital

Sun, Apr 17: RCMP say several people were sent to hospital after a motorist drove into oncoming traffic in Surrey’s Cedar Hill neighbourhood Sunday morning. Bystanders then subdued the man until police arrived. Samantha Falk has the details.
