Transgender people launch documents lawsuit against province and Human Rights Commission

Tue, Apr 12: Transgender people no longer need to prove they’ve undergone gender reassignment surgery to change how they’re addressed on official documents. A decision on that took effect in February, but some are saying it isn’t enough, and policies continue to violate their rights. David Baxter has more.
