Student explores Winnipeg’s perception of the North End

Red River College student Chloe Ross-Rogerson recently launched a web project exploring Winnipeg's perception of the North End. The project is called "Beyond the Underpass"and started with Ross-Rogerson gathering information through surveys and turning them into articles. Global's Talia Ricci reports.
