Natural Resources Minister Jim Carr, Carr, Mexican Secretary of Energy Pedro Joaquin Coldwell and U.S. Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz have signed a memorandum of understanding which will see the three countries collaborate and share information on combating global and local climate change.
