Public inquiry says Putin ‘probably approved’ Litvinenko poisoning

Thu, Jan 21: The head of a public inquiry in Britain says Russian President Vladimir Putin “probably” personally ordered the murder of a former Russian spy. It’s the closest any official has ever come to blaming Putin for the slow and painful death of Alexander Litvinenko. Jeff Semple reports.
