Kirkland property development ruling

Wed, Jan 6: A Quebec court ruling could pave the way for a major new development in Montreal’s West Island. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, a tribunal judge has granted the City of Kirkland the right to expropriate a piece of undeveloped land just off Highway 40.
