U.S. President Barack Obama became emotional when he spoke about gun violence in the country over the last few years, even having to wipe a tear away. Obama spoke about new executive actions needed to control gun violence in the U.S., including expanding the number of gun buyers who face criminal background checks. Jackson Proskow reports.
