At 95 years old, Doris Pierson is still skiing with four generations of her family at Sir Sam’s near Eagle Lake in Haliburton, Ontario. She first hit the slopes more than 80 years ago and has skied around the world, even teaching at Whistler. After two knee replacements, she says she has no plans to stop. “It gives you a reason to get up in the morning… It’s what I do every day that the sun shines.” Marc Woodhouse reports.
