A free public panel at the Canadian Museum of History in Gatineau on Feb. 2 is expected to bring together leading clinician-researchers from across North America to discuss one of the most debated and misunderstood illnesses: Lyme disease. Organized by patients, the event aims to shed light on post-treatment Lyme disease and why many say Canada’s health-care system still lacks the expertise to properly treat it.
