Ukraine open to creating demilitarized zone in new draft peace plan

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy now says his country is willing to withdraw troops and create a demilitarized zone in the Donbas region if Russia does the same. As Mackenzie Gray reports, Zelenskyy’s idea is in line with a revised U.S.-backed peace plan, but major questions remain on Russia’s end.
