Tensions are growing between Metrolinx and the TTC over when the Eglinton Crosstown LRT will finally open. In a Global News exclusive, multiple sources confirmed the provincial agency and Ministry of Transportation planned to open the line the last week of December. But sources say the TTC has resisted that, saying February is more likely. Colin D’Mello reports on what we know.
