It's another effort to counter the U.S. trade war as nine premiers agree to drop barriers when it comes to purchasing alcohol from other provinces. As Vasilios Bellos reports, some entrepreneurs believe this opens up their products to most of the country, while others feel the work isn't worth the effort.
