New weather alert system in Prairies

Snowfall in the last 24 hours has triggered a yellow weather alert in Manitoba. It’s part of Environment and Climate Change Canada’s new color-coded system to warn residents of extreme weather. Teagan Rasche has more on how it works, and what the colours mean.
