Carney and Smith sign pipeline MOU

Prime Minister Mark Carney and Alberta premier Danielle Smith have taken a big step forward in building a new oil pipeline in B.C.’s north coast. The two signing a memorandum of understanding this week. The deal also including a promise to engage with the B.C. government and first nations on the project.
