Winnipeg unveils preliminary 2026 budget

November 14, 2025
The city’s 2026 preliminary budget will see Winnipeg’s property taxes return to an annual 3.5 per cent increase, following last year’s decades-high hike of nearly six per cent. Marney Blunt reports on what else is in the budget.
