After the labour dispute between doctors and the government, Quebec is now opening a new front, this time with Quebec's unions. Labour Minister Jean Boulet tabled controversial legislation that would among other things make a portion of union dues optional. The move isn’t sitting well with the provinces largest labour front, unions are firing back arguing the government is targeting them to mask its own failures. Felicia Parrillo explains.
