A bill that would ban the sale of energy drinks to children under 16 is now before Quebec's National Assembly. The legislation comes two years after the death of 15-year-old Zachary Miron, who died after drinking a can of Red Bull while on ADHD medication. The bill needs unanimous approval to be fast-tracked. But as Felicia Parrillo reports, it has support from every party except one independent MNA, leaving its future uncertain with just days left in the legislative session.
