Two weeks after launching a nationwide strike, Canada Post workers are back on the job – but only partially. Starting Saturday, postal employees will shift to rotating strikes. Canada Post says mail delivery could resume as early as Tuesday, but warns instability will continue as the union commits to its longstanding battle for a fair collective agreement.
