Prime Minister Mark Carney previewed some affordability measures today, following through on campaign promises ahead of next month’s budget. Three programs will be rolled out on Nov. 4, and as David Akin reports, one of them has the potential to put hundreds of dollars back in the pockets of millions of low-income Canadians.
