People in Canada looking for a big salary or wage bump next year to help with the cost-of-living crunch, may be in for disappointment as new data suggests businesses are being more cautious as the economy slows. Normandin Beaudry’s annual compensation survey of more than 1,000 organizations across the country shows that pay raises aren’t expected to be as big as in previous years.
