Scary moment as robotaxi falls into construction pit in China

A scary moment for a woman who hopped a ride in an autonomous taxi, after the vehicle fell into a deep construction pit in China’s Chongqing on Wednesday. The woman was unhurt after the car, operated by Baidu’s Apollo Go robotaxi service, apparently bypassed barriers and warning signs before falling into the hole.
